At Lively Lifestyles Psychology, we are passionate about supporting women to live more connected, fulfilling lives.
We are a women's mental health practice with a special interest in perinatal mental health, including anxiety, depression, birth trauma, and fertility-related challenges.
We also work with women across all stages and walks of life, providing support for a range of mental health concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and life transitions.
Our rooms are based at Epworth Freemasons Hospital (Suite 117), however all sessions are currently offered online via a secure and confidential telehealth platform.
Telehealth sessions are available to Australians nation-wide.

Perinatal Mental Health & Parenting
Pregnancy and early motherhood bring immense emotional shifts - and often, unexpected challenges. You may feel joy, grief, uncertainty, or even a sense of being lost in it all. This is the experience of matrescence - the birth of the mother and transforming into this new identity. Counselling during this time supports your emotional wellbeing while helping you explore who she is - the woman emerging through it all.
You might be navigating anxiety, depression, birth trauma, intrusive thoughts, or a difficult adjustment to motherhood. Counselling offers space to process your experience, reconnect with your sense of self, and find steadiness in a season that can feel anything but.

Reproductive Mental Health
Fertility struggles, loss, hormonal changes, and reproductive decisions can deeply impact mental and emotional wellbeing.
